The bean bags do not come pre-filled. We provide a video tutorial showing you how to fill them and where to purchase the filling. It takes less than a minute to get your bean bag ready, allowing you to adjust it perfectly to your weight.

Filling your Bean Bag:

We recommend 2-people to fill your bean bag. One to hold the bean bag and the other to pour the bean filling into the bean bag.

Every now and then, stop and move the bean bag around to allow the beans to flow through.

Where to get the beans:

We recommend getting the 40L bag of beans from big w. The brand is "Beans First" and it will cost you $9 (aud).

But you can purchase bean filling from any of the major retailers (Kmart, Target, Big W & Spotlight).

TIP: It's easier to have to add extra filling, rather than removing it, so we recommend you test your bean bag for fullness and comfort, and should you require more, add more in. The bean bag shouldn't be filled to it's full capacity, it should have some air space so it can adapt to your body shape.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy. Please read the details below to understand our process.

Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Sale items are not eligible for returns.

Process

  1. Initiate Return: Contact us at solsummerclub@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Return/Exchange Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  3. Ship Item: Pack your item securely and include the return authorization. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.
  4. Refund (in case of a return): Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
  5. New Item Shipment (in case of an exchange): Once we receive and inspect your exchange, we will ship the new item to you. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your new item is on its way.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • In case of an exchange we will cover the shipping costs for sending the exchanged item to you.
