- Standard International Shipping: 3-10business days
Customs and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. But we made sure this is a DDP Service , so you don´t have to worry about paying for customs duties.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment on the menu of our website "TRACK YOUR PACKAGE"
Address Changes
Unfortunately, if an incorrect address has been provided, the package will need to complete its delivery cycle and be returned back to our warehouse. Once we receive the returned package, we will be able to process a refund, and you may place a new order with the correct address.
Please note that changes to the shipping address are not possible once an order has been placed or shipped. If you notice an error shortly after placing your order, feel free to contact us as soon as possible at solsummerclub@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist before the order is dispatched.

Returns

- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.
Process

- Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
- Ship Item: Pack your item securely and include the return authorization. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.
- Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exchanges

- Ship Item: Pack your item securely and include the exchange authorization. Ship the item to the address provided in the exchange instructions.
- New Item Shipment: Once we receive and inspect your exchange, we will ship the new item to you. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your new item is on its way.
Exchange Shipping
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the original item.
- We will cover the shipping costs for sending the exchanged item to you.
